Dear sir or madam,

The Paris E-Prix will take place for the third year in a row in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. I am aware it will have an impact on your day to day life. That’s why I made the wish, with the organizers, to reduce as much as possible the inconvenience by organizing the race during the last weekend of the spring holidays.

In order to facilitate the flow around the circuit, an electric shuttle service will be at your full disposal. Some volunteers dedicated to the circulation around the area will be also at your disposal to ease your own moves and an additional footbridge has been created to streamline pedestrian traffic within the site.

In addition of the notice you should have received in your mailbox, maps can be found on this site to help you move around.

On the day of the event, a restricted place will be reserved for you (Place Salvador Allende): learning from experience of the previous years, we have built a new platform to improve the visibility. The tickets will be available in the town hall and offer a light meal on the spot.

Open from Friday 27th at 12:00, the free of charge E-Village displays a full day festival of entertainment and innovation around the themes of technology and e-mobility.

A pitwalk and a meeting with the drivers is also on purpose Friday in the afternoon for the families who registered in the town hall.

As for last year, we organize a random draw and five children, accompanied by a member of their family, will attend the Berlin E-Prix on 19th and 20th May, fully invited by Formula E.

Finally, since the previous edition, Formula E has financed 41 road interventions, contributing to the long term improvement of sidewalks and pavements for everyday use.

All the information needed are available on this website, and you can reach me by email at any time at rachida.dati@paris.fr for any request or comment.

I would be pleased to answer.

Yours sincerely,

Rachida Dati
